GENERAL INFORMATION
All deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Kindly ensure that you provide an accurate delivery address for seamless service.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND FEES:
Pawfect Pals, are currently based in Cape Town, aspires to become a national brand in the future. As a growing business, we have certain limitations on the areas we can confidently serve. However, we are committed to going above and beyond to meet our customers’ needs whenever possible, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
We offer a flat rate of R85 for delivery. We are using a delivery service to deliver our good to.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Upon delivery of your order, you will receive an itemized invoice, detailing the delivered items. Additionally, an email will be sent, providing a comprehensive invoice showing product prices, delivery fees, Value-Added Tax (where applicable), and the payment debited from your card.
The designated recipient or authorized representative must sign a duplicate copy of the delivery note upon receiving the order. For verification purposes, the person receiving the delivery may be asked to present identification. By accepting the products at the delivery address, any person other than the customer is presumed to be authorized for acceptance.
If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, our driver will leave a notice and retain the products. We will then contact you to arrange a future delivery or collection. Please note that we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if necessary. In case of any delivery delays, we will reschedule delivery at an agreed later time without any additional charge.
Please be aware that Pawfect Pals entrusts all delivery and collection arrangements to third-party service providers. Therefore, to the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused by these providers.
DELIVERIES:
Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly provide an accurate delivery address. At Pawfect Pals, we take pride in delivering quality products and exceptional service, assuring you of the same when you place an order with us!
All deliveries are subject to stock availability, and we aim to complete them within 3 – 5 working days. However, we strive to achieve delivery within 24 – 48 hours whenever possible.
URGENT ORDERS:
If you require immediate delivery, please email us at info@pawfectpals.co.za, quoting your order number and providing specific details regarding your urgent delivery request.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
In the event that Pawfect Pals does not have the ordered product(s) in stock at the time of purchase (whether temporarily unavailable, permanently unavailable, or discontinued), we will notify the customer. You will then have the option to accept a longer delivery period, exchange the product for an alternative, or cancel the order for a full refund of the product price. Please note that delivery fees will not be refunded if the unavailable product(s) were part of an order that included additional products that have already been delivered or are yet to be delivered.
DELIVERY DELAYS:
If the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period specified in our Delivery Policy, according to the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”), you have the right to cancel your order within 7 (seven) days.
LEAD TIME FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCTS:
Please be aware that certain products listed on the Pawfect Pals website may have a specific or extended lead time for delivery. This information will be clearly stated and visible to customers while shopping. We kindly ask you to consider this lead time when placing your order, as it is part of our Delivery Policy.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
To cancel an order, please send an email to info@pawfectpals.co.za. All order cancellations must be made via email.

If your credit card has reached its maximum limit and does not have enough funds to cover the amount due, you agree that Pawfect Pals may process the credit card payment at a later date.
- You agree to be liable for any claims, losses, or damages of any nature if:
• Your credit card has reached its maximum limit.
• The credit card details provided to Pawfect Pals are incorrect.
• The credit card is held in the name of another person.
• The credit card has expired or expires during the term of this Agreement. - You are not entitled to reverse any payment made under this clause for any reason if the amount is legally owed by you to Pawfect Pals.
- Deliveries will not be made until full payment for the ordered products/services has cleared in Pawfect Pals’ bank account. Pawfect Pals reserves the right to suspend deliveries if any amount owed by you is unpaid.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made on our store. You also agree to promptly update your account and other information, including email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, to ensure accurate transactions and communication with Pawfect Pals.
ORDERS, DELIVERY: REFUSALS, LIMITATIONS, AND CANCELLATIONS
To proceed with an order, users are required to create a user account. When signing up as a new user, you will need to provide specific information that will be stored and processed by Pawfect Pals. Once an order is placed, users will receive an order confirmation via email.
Pawfect Pals cannot be held responsible for any errors or misunderstandings that occur during the order placement process. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user when placing an order, which may lead to inaccuracies on the order confirmation and/or delivery note. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided when placing an order. Additionally, users must promptly update their personal information if it changes. Failure to do so may result in inaccurate or incomplete information, and Pawfect Pals will not be liable for any resulting issues with delivery.
Upon receipt, orders will be processed and accepted by Pawfect Pals, and the goods will be delivered.
We reserve the right to refuse payment processing for any order or cancel a purchase, either partially or entirely, with notice to the user. If an order has been paid for and subsequently canceled, we will reimburse you the amount paid, only if the payment has already been received in our bank account.
In our sole discretion, we may impose limitations or cancel quantities purchased per user, per household, or per order. These limitations may apply to orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, billing address, and/or shipping address. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify the user by contacting the provided email, billing address, or phone number at the time the order was placed. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
To prevent fraud, we may refuse payment processing for any order and/or cancel a purchase, either partially or entirely. In such cases, we may request documentation to complete necessary fraud checks and cancel any order where the required documentation is not provided in a timely manner.

Pawfect Pals reserves the right to recover from the user any additional costs, including delivery costs, incurred due to the user’s actions. This includes cases where the user alters the order or its delivery instructions after delivery, refuses to accept delivery despite the goods meeting the order specifications, fails or delays in providing necessary information, or causes any other delays in the order process.
Delivery will generally be carried out by our appointed courier service agents. If delivery is required to a remote area, please refer to the Delivery Terms and Conditions provided in the above tab.
Delivery is considered complete once the user’s order has been off-loaded at the delivery address provided during checkout.
Pawfect Pals makes every effort to deliver your goods in accordance with the terms described above and in our Delivery Terms and Conditions. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to deliver within the specified timeframe due to reasons beyond our reasonable control.
FEEDBACK, COMMENTS, COMPETITIONS, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
By providing feedback or comments, the user agrees not to infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or any other personal or proprietary rights.
